Time: 2 hours
Our specialist engineer will call 24-hours before your booked installation date to ensure the machine has arrived and the date/time agreed is still suitable.
Once onsite, they will install and setup all aspects of your machine including water connection, electrical install and accessories - ensuring the machine is fully servicable and ready to use.

Home Setup & Demonstrations
Our home setups and demonstrations are tailored to ensure that you maximise your coffee machine experience. Whether you are a coffee enthusiast or new to brewing, we provide hands-on guidance to help you understand your machine's features and capabilities.
Our demonstrations are designed to enhance your confidence in using your equipment, allowing you to enjoy café-quality coffee from the comfort of your home. We believe that a well-set-up machine, combined with proper knowledge, leads to the best brewing experience possible

Time: 1.5 hrs (Approx.)
Our specialist engineers will contact you 24-hours before your booked visit to ensure your machine has arrived. Once in your home, they will ensure the machine is fully installed, connected to water/mains and is ready to use. They will also be able to advise best use, and ensure you are happy with the placement/setup of the machine.
